How we operate

Ukause is trading as Ukause LTD, a company registered in United Kingdom under company number 16206062. We operate exclusively online and ship across the United Kingdom.

We handle every order in 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday, with typical delivery in 3-8 business days. Payments are processed securely via Stripe over SSL — we never see or store your card details.

Ukause LTD is a UK limited company registered under company number 16206062, with its registered office at 18 Cotswold Close, Farnborough, England, GU14 9HP. The company is owned and run by its sole director, who is also responsible for customer support.

We are an online-only retailer. We do not manufacture the products we sell: our current range is sourced from Hill Interiors, a UK-based trade supplier of home and interior products, and is listed under that manufacturer's brand name so you always know who made the item you are buying.

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We hold no retail premises, so there is no showroom, collection or walk-in service — every order is delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Handling takes 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) and typical total delivery is 3-8 business days.

Ukause LTD is not currently VAT registered. The price shown on a product page is the final price you pay — no VAT and no additional fees are added at checkout beyond the shipping cost shown before payment. Full details are on our Billing terms.
