Payment policy

Accepted payment methods

• Card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other major schemes supported by Stripe).
• Cash on Delivery — pay the driver in cash when your order arrives.

Currency

All prices and charges are in GBP.

Payment security

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's hosted, SSL-encrypted checkout — UKAUSE never receives or stores your full card number, expiry date or CVV.

Fraud prevention

Orders may be reviewed for suspicious activity. Where necessary we may cancel and refund an order or request additional verification.

Authorisation

Placing an order authorises us to charge the payment method for the total shown at checkout. No charges are made after the payment step — the total displayed is the total you pay.

Cash on Delivery

Where offered, please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Failure to accept the order on delivery may incur re-delivery or restocking arrangements at our discretion.
