These terms govern your use of https://ukause.store and any purchases you make from UKAUSE LTD (company number 16206062), a company registered in United Kingdom.

1. Interpretation

"We", "our" and "us" refer to UKAUSE LTD. "You" refers to the customer or visitor.

2. Orders and contract formation

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund) where we suspect fraud, pricing error, or unavailability.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK VAT where relevant. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe or, where offered, Cash on Delivery. See our Payment Policy.

4. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy for handling times, transit times and costs. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

See our Return Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately. Slight colour and dimensional variations may occur. If a product is materially different to its description you may return it under the Return Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to UKAUSE LTD. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit it without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site (for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting fraudulent orders, or transmitting malware).

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to the above, our maximum liability to you is the value of the order in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save where you have statutory rights to bring proceedings elsewhere.
