  • Contact & delivery details: name, email, phone (optional), shipping and billing address.
  • Order data: items purchased, order value, dates, order status.
  • Payment data: handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers, expiry dates or security codes.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and pages visited (via essential cookies and, if you consent, analytics cookies).
  • Marketing data: email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.

Why we process your data

  • Contract: to process and deliver your order and provide customer support.
  • Legal obligation: to keep transaction records and comply with tax law.
  • Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, service improvement, and security.
  • Consent: for optional marketing emails and non-essential cookies.

Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the store — for example our payment processor (Stripe), our delivery carriers, our email service provider and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Retention
