Shipping policy

This policy explains where UKAUSE ships, how long orders take, and how much delivery costs. It matches exactly the shipping information registered with Google Merchant Center.

Where we ship

We ship exclusively to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are delivered to the customer's address; we do not offer collection or pickup.

Processing time (handling)

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, fulfilled Mon-Fri. Orders placed after our daily cut-off of 2:30 PM (Europe/London) are processed the next business day.

Transit time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days to all UK destinations.

Total delivery estimate

The total delivery estimate (handling + transit) is 3-8 business days.

Shipping costs

• Flat rate: £10 per order.
• Free shipping on orders over £60.
• All prices in GBP.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email a tracking number where available. You can also track your order at any time via /order-tracking using your order reference and email.

Delays

Delivery estimates are typical timeframes based on our carriers' service levels. Occasionally, factors outside our control (adverse weather, carrier disruption, address issues) may cause delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@ukause.store.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Address changes are only possible before an order has been dispatched.
