Billing terms

Currency

All prices are shown and charged in GBP. If you're paying with a card issued in another currency, your bank will handle any conversion; conversion rates and fees are set by your bank, not by us.

Taxes

UKAUSE LTD is not currently VAT registered. Prices shown on product pages are the final prices you pay — no VAT is added at checkout and no VAT is charged on your invoice. If our VAT status changes in the future, this page and the checkout will be updated to reflect it before any VAT is charged. The final total is always displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

When you're charged

For card payments, your card is charged at the time you place your order. For Cash on Delivery, no charge is made online — you pay in cash when your order is delivered.

Charge descriptor

The transaction will appear on your bank statement as UKAUSE or UKAUSE LTD.

Receipts and invoices

An email receipt is sent to the address you provide at checkout. VAT invoices are available on request — email contact@ukause.store with your order number.

Failed or disputed charges

If a payment fails, no order is created and you can safely retry. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before opening a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of us receiving and inspecting a returned item, as set out in our Return Policy.

No hidden fees

The total shown at checkout is the total you pay. We never add hidden fees after the payment step.
