Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests received after this window cannot be accepted.
What we accept
- Returns for defective products.
- Returns for non-defective products (change of mind).
- Exchanges are accepted, subject to product availability.
- Only new, unused products in their original packaging, with all accessories included.
Return countries
Returns are accepted from addresses in the United Kingdom.
How to return
- Email contact@ukause.store with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send return instructions and the return address.
- Post the item back to us. Returns are by mail only.
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service; we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Restocking fee
None — there is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Depending on your bank, the funds may take an additional 1–5 business days to appear.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the 14-day window cannot be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a resolution at no cost to you.
